As a subcontract plastic fabricator and plastic machinist, our product experience is quite broad. This includes machine windows, control panels, covers, access doors, machine guards, lids, equipment housings, enclosures, rigid isolation housings, wear parts, and many other plastic components

Equally broad is our plastic material experience. This encompasses a large range of plastics including: polycarbonate (Lexan & Makrolon), acrylic (Perspex & Plexiglas), PETG (Vivak & Spectar), ABS, polypropylene, polyethylene (HDPE & UHMWPE), nylon, polyester (PETP & Mylar), acetal (Delrin), PEEK, and PVC

Please feel free to contact us to discuss your requirements. Whether it is for acrylic laser cutting, CNC routing, CNC machining, line bending or any of our other plastic fabrication processes, we have a team of experienced sales engineers who are here to help.

A Quick Guide to the Services We Offer:

Subcontract Plastic Fabrications

We offer our skills, experience and process technologies for the manufacture of plastic components and assemblies to customers' own specifications. Plastic fabrications can encompass one or all of our processing capabilities. Plastic fabrications can range from one off welded multi-item bill of material plastic assemblies for the nuclear medicine industry to high volume simple laser cut components for the shop fitting industry.

Acrylic Fabrication

Acrylic fabrication is a subset of plastic fabrication. However, as many acrylic components and assemblies are made from clear material, the skill experience and care of the acrylic fabricator become paramount to ensure a quality job. Our plastic fabricators specialise in making components for demanding technical applications such as lab equipment and also in high visual quality applications such as display stands for artistic works.

Laser Cutting

Laser cutting is an extremely cost effective process for profiling many components from sheet plastic materials. We have possibly the widest range of plastic laser cutting equipment in the country - from a 50 watt engraving laser to a 1000 watt twin head machine. Our laser cutting services encompass the full range acrylic materials and thicknesses - plus selected polypropylene, polyester and the wide range of plastic laminates sheets and films.

Plastic Machining

Our plastic machining capabilities focus on our range of CNC controlled 3 metre by 2 metre machining beds. These large beds allow for the fast and efficient machining of all grades of plastic sheet and block materials. In particular, mid to high volume components and large scale components both make best use of our plastic machining capacity.

CNC Routing

While many people claim to have "state-of-the-art equipment" they often don't give you any specifics. The range of equipment that we use for CNC routing has an average machine age of just over two years. One company put us to the test and had us machine a component they had been buying from the same company for years. They found our cycle time to be 40% less than their current supplier. Why not put us to the test for some of your CNC routing requirements?
